About This Event
Trackday VAG 26-01 happens May 15, 2026 at Mont-Tremblant Race Track in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec, hosted by VAG Motorsport. As the first of five trackdays this season, it runs as a capped 90-driver paddock open-lapping day where track time stays the focus. Expect a friendly mix of Porsche 911 GT3 RS, GT4, and GT4 RS, BMW M-series, McLaren, Ferrari, VW GTI/Golf R, Audi RS-series—plus everything from clean street cars to track builds across all makes.
The day runs in rotating run-group sessions, with a typical rhythm of three 20-minute sessions per hour to keep traffic manageable and pace comfortable. It starts with a mandatory drivers' meeting covering flags, track flow, and passing etiquette, with an emphasis on clean driving and predictable passing. Between sessions, paddock breaks give you time to check pressures, make quick adjustments, and reset. Optional on-site instructors are available if you want a lead-follow or extra eyes on lines and technique.
This format works well for first-timers who want a structured, predictable day, and it still gives intermediate and advanced drivers steady track time to refine consistency at speed. The paddock stays enthusiast-led and relaxed, with friends and family hanging out between sessions, and a premium lunch plus refreshments included for drivers. Everyone takes safety and clean laps seriously without turning it into performance perfectionism—expect stable sessions and plenty of clean track time.
